Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of KeyKund’s articles and news content. This includes planning, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content creation and curation: Create compelling and engaging social media content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, to promote KeyKund’s articles and news content. Curate relevant and shareable content from external sources to keep our social media channels active and interesting.
- Community management: Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and interactive community around KeyKund’s social media channels.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data insights to optimize social media strategies, identify trends, and suggest improvements for greater impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Continuously explore new opportunities to improve KeyKund’s social media presence and drive audience growth.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
